1. Course Fee Refunds

• All course fees are generally non-refundable once payment has been successfully completed.
• Please review the course details carefully before making your purchase.

2. Duplicate Payments

If you are charged more than once for the same course due to a technical or payment error, the extra amount will be refunded after verification.

3. Course Cancellation by Academy

If a course or training program is cancelled by Namma Veedu Real Estate Academy, you may be offered:

• A full refund, or
• Enrollment in the next available batch, or
• An alternative course of equal value.

4. Rescheduling

If a live training session is rescheduled by the academy, your enrollment will automatically be transferred to the new date. No additional charges will apply.

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval. The actual credit time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Digital Course Access

Once you have been granted access to digital course materials, recorded videos, downloadable resources, or online learning content, refunds will generally not be provided.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests due to exceptional circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval is solely at the discretion of Namma Veedu Real Estate Academy.
